** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Welcome Sign and 1 Photo Board with the photo you provide in the size you choose. You will also receive 2 stands if you choose to add them.
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The sizes that you choose are the height of the photo board and welcome sign. The first set of numbers will be the size of the photo board and the second set of numbers with be for the welcome sign to ensure they remain proportional like the example photo. For example, if you select "7ft tall / 6ft tall", you will receive a 7ft tall Photo Board and a 6ft tall Welcome Sign. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
For reference, the welcome sign in the example photo is 3x6 and the photo board in the example photo is 4x7.
** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables. For reference, the backdrop is 4x8 in the first photo.
** PHOTO - The photos you select will be printed exactly as they’re uploaded. Please note we DO NOT enhance or edit photos in anyway. The photos will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. The photos will be cropped to the size that you order. If you want the photos cropped a specific way, please reach out previous to ordering. If you have any questions about which size suits your photos best, please reach out previous to ordering. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result. The photo will be printed in the orientation it is sent. For example, if we are provided a landscape photo for a 4ft wide by 8ft tall backdrop it will be made 8ft wide by 4ft tall.

** RETURNS - Our custom photo backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
