** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE- You will receive 2 Seating Charts and 1 Photo Board. You will also receive 3 stands if you choose to add them. 

** EMAIL CUSTOM DETAILS- custom names, Last Name (The Andersons, ect), Date, Names for seating chart, custom photo)

** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.

** SIZE - The sizes that you choose are the height of the photo board and the seating charts. The first set of numbers will be the height of the left seating, the second set of numbers will be for the photo board, and the third set of numbers will be for the right seating. For example, if you select "4x7 / 4x8 / 347", you will receive 2 4ft wide by 7ft ft tall Seating Charts and a 4ft wide by 8ft tall Photo Board. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.

For reference, the photo board in the example photo is 4ft wide by 7ft tall and the seating charts in the example photo are 4ft wide by 6ft tall.

** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables. 

** SEATING CHART -  Please attach a complete list of your guests in the exact format you'd like displayed. You may choose to organize by table number or in alphabetical order. If sorted by table number, headers like Table 1, Table 2, etc., will be styled in cursive, similar to the letter groupings shown in the example photo. If sorted alphabetically, names will be grouped to fit the frame (A, B, C, etc.).

PLEASE NOTE: The seating chart will be printed exactly as provided, so please ensure all formatting and spelling are finalized before submission.

** PHOTO -  Please note we DO NOT enhance photos. The photos will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result. 

** SHIPPING - All photo boards and seating charts will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For our processing time, please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website. 

** RETURNS - Our custom photo boards and seating charts are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo and personalization, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
